Crow

Over the mountains, under the sky

Why I do is how I fly

Darker than eyelids, black as inside

The moon and me, we make our own tide

The sun and me, we opposites are

To him I am night and he but a star!

Into the wind now, over the trees

Past the horizon, beyond all the seas

Flying alone, flocklessly free

I am all that a crow can be

Animal Friends

Handy pandy panda bear,

Horsey, pig, and the old gray mare;

Elephant, dog, and rabbity-roo,

Monkey, lion, and the arms of you!

Let me tell you all of them,

These are all my animal friends!

Parakeet and butterly,

Mousy-mouse and henny-hen;

Froggy-frog and ducky-duck,

Gorilla, cat, and wrenny-wren.

Let me tell you all of them,

These are all my animal friends!

A sheeply sheep and a cockatoo,

A squirrel, a dolphin, and the arms of you!

Let me tell you all of them,

These are all my animal friends!

Me and you and we and them,

All of us are animal friends!
